The final Prophet of God(Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“Whoever does not argue when he is in the wrong will have a home built for him on the edge of Paradise.
Whoever avoids it when he in the right will have a home built for him in the middle of Paradise.
And whoever improves his own character, a home will be built for him in the highest part of Paradise.”

Some one asked the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam):
“What actions are most excellent?”
The Prophet of God (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) replied,
“ To gladden the heart of a human being, to feed the hungry, to help the afflicted, to lighten the sorrow of the sorrowful, and to remove the wrongs of the injured.”

Abu Hurairah (Radiyallaahu `anhu) narrated that the Prophet (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“Allah (subhanahu wa ta’aala) does not look at your figures nor at your attire but He looks at your Hearts and your accomplishments”

Muadh ibn Jabal (Radiyallaahu `anhu) said, “The last advice the Messenger of Allah (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) gave me when I put my foot in the stirrup was that he said,
“Make your character good for the people, Muadh ibn Jabal!””
