“He whose head was being crushed with a stone was one who learnt the Quran but never acted on it, and slept ignoring the compulsory prayers.”

He should neither commit oppression upon him nor ruin him, and he who meets the need of a brother, Allah would meet big needs, and he who relieved a Muslim from hardship Allah would relieve him from the hardships to which he would be put on the Day of Resurrection, and he who did not expose (the follies of a Muslim) Allah would conceal his follies on the Day of Resurrection.”

“The best of your days is Friday. On that day Adam (peace be upon him) was created; on that day he died; on that day the Trumpet will be blown and on that day all of creation will swoon.

So send a great deal of blessings upon me, for your blessings will be shown to me.”

They said, “O Messenger of Allah, how will our blessings upon you be shown to you when you have turned to dust?”

He said, “Allah has forbidden the earth to consume the bodies of the Prophets, peace be upon them.”

“The people will be resurrected (and judged) according to their intentions.”

“Whoever gives up wearing elegant and expensive garments out of humbleness, when he can do so, Allah will call him on the Day of Resurrection and before all the creations, He will give him the choice to wear whichever garment of ‘Iman’ he would like to wear.”
