Messenger of Allah (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,

“Whosoever does not leave bad words and bad actions, Allah does not care if he leaves his food and drink.”

SUNAN IBN E MAJAH, SUNAN TIRMIDHI, SHAYKH AL-ALBANEE CLASSIFIED IT AS SAHIH
