The final Prophet of God(Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“Whoever revives an aspect of my Sunnah that is forgotten after my death, he will have a reward equivalent to that of the people who follow him, without it detracting in the least from their reward.”

It was narrated from Aws ibn Aws (Radiyallaahu `anhu) that the Prophet (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said:
“The best of your days is Friday. On that day Adam (peace be upon him) was created; on that day he died; on that day the Trumpet will be blown and on that day all of creation will swoon.
So send a great deal of blessings upon me, for your blessings will be shown to me.”

A’isha, umm al-muminin (Radiyallaahu `anha) said,
“The Messenger of Allah (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) used to pray thirteen rakas in the night and then would pray two rakas when he heard the adhan for the morning prayer.”

Narrated by ‘Ali (Radiyallahu `anhu), the Prophet (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“Do not tell a lie against me for whoever tells a lie against me (intentionally) then he will surely enter the Hell-fire”

Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr (Radiyallahu `anhu), the Prophet (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands. And a Muhajir (emigrant) is the one who gives up (abandons) all what Allah has forbidden.”

The Prophet of Allah (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“The best of fasts besides the month of Ramadhan is the fasting of Allah’s month of Muharram.”

It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (Radiyallahu `anhu), the Messenger of Allah (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“The best time to fast after Ramadan is Allaah’s month – Muharram, and the best prayer after the obligatory prayer is prayer at night.”

The Prophet (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) said,
“God did not send me to be harsh, or cause harm, but He sent me to teach and make things easy.”

A’isha (Radiyallaahu `anha) reported that the Prophet (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) used to pray at night until his feet became cracked. I said to him,
“Why do you do this, messenger of Allah, when Allah has forgiven you all your past and future wrong actions?”
He said,
“Do I not want to be a grateful slave?”

Abu Hurairah (Radiyallaahu `anhu) reported, I heard the Messenger of Allah (Sallallaahu `alayhi wa sallam) saying,
“By Allah, I seek Allah’s forgiveness and repent to Him more than seventy times a day.”
